| How to influence without formal authority |
|
This workshop is based on ‘Individual Learning in a Group’ – an original method with a proven track record for effectiveness in leading organizations. To ensure optimum interactivity, the seminar is limited to groups of eight and allows each participant to concentrate on their own needs while learning from others facing similar challenges. The learning techniques used include case studies of real situations, role plays, relevant influencing tools and practical models. |
Objectives
- Explore, identify and experiment new ways to influence more effectively and lead people across boundaries.
- Learn the core skills of influencing and increase your awareness of your personal impact on others.
- Get things going your way in your projects.
