CRPM can perform any continuing education outsourcing assignment for companies, as well as for organisations or professional associations, either as a one-off or as an ongoing mandate.
Whether the aim is to relieve you wholly or partly of your training activities, CRPM will fulfil the assignment that you want to entrust to us. For long-term mandates, we can broaden our services to include the full training programme, covering managing secretarial services, registration and follow-up processes, managing attendees and facilitators, preparing and monitoring training budgets, accounting and finance, and can even promote the courses internally for you.

You remain in control of the process and can decide on the scope of the services you want to entrust to us. From the outset, you will be familiar with the financial investment and the kind of collaboration envisaged and will negotiate with a CRPM project manager, allocated to you on a permanent basis. In this way, you keep control of the training process at your company or organisation and gain total flexibility, whilst benefitting from the CRPM’s professional expertise and multiple skills, as well as from its network of expert local and international facilitators and the fruit of its technological and training watch.
 Nestlé has entrusted CRPM with setting up its continuing education programme since 2003. Over 50% of the programme courses are in English and it is intended for staff at the company’s international headquarters in Vevey, at its Product and Technology Centres, and at companies like Nespresso, Nestlé Switzerland and the Nestlé Research Centre - NRC. The content and the teaching approach have been developed working closely with the Human Resources Department.
CRPM has been training the staff of the EPFL - Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne - for the past 20 years. The Company is fully integrated into the life of the School and its role is to provide appropriate solutions for the non-academic training requirements of its employees, and to inform them about available training options. CRPM organizes its own courses, over 30% of which are in English, for the staff as a whole or for a specific group, and also designs courses at the request of various units at the School.
In addition, it advises managers and the faculties and units’ teaching, research and administrative staff regarding their own group or individual training requirements, which can be met by online or external training programmes.

The CRQP, the training center of the association of Human Resources Professionals for all of French-speaking Switzerland has worked very closely with CRPM for over 30 years and outsources the design of its training programmes to us. CRPM is therefore in charge of planning and organizing the teaching and logistical aspects of those training programmes, and of monitoring them. It also provides permanent secretarial, marketing, book-keeping and logistics services to the CRQP, monitors the speakers’ training, updates the programmes and the course content, and manages the attendees. The CRQP offers a full range of topical training programmes that last between two and four days, continuing education programmes, an HR-HRM management course intended for HR Directors, as well as training programmes leading to a certificate on completion.
