Our Philosophy
CRPM and its entire team abide by the following fundamental principles.

Specialization in the field of training, to which we dedicate ourselves exclusively.
 
The independence, which allows us to pass on concepts and methods about which we are personally convinced, and which we apply. In addition, our independence leaves us the option to turn down requests when they are contrary to our ethical principles.  

Listening and anticipation, which allow us to meet the current and future requirements of companies and organizations through using readily transferable practical tools aimed at improving their profitability on a sustainable basis. We study new trends carefully, in order to select relevant and stable approaches, while simultaneously rejecting methods that serve no purpose. In doing so, we continually strive to seek out quality.  

Ongoing research, which aims to convey and popularise the latest management trends, in order to make them accessible to everyone. This practice is expressed in new courses and by identifying facilitators who bring in managerial practices that add value, proven by their successful professional application.  

Respect for the individual and confidentiality. In our opinion, these values are key to a manager’s, and therefore a company’s, long-term success. This is why we uphold them vis-à-vis our attendees and encourage them to do likewise in their executive roles.  

The above principles form the basis of the enjoyment we get from our work, which is also felt by our facilitators and attendees who regularly tell us that they have retained this pleasure at work and passed it on to their respective colleagues. In this atmosphere of open exchanges, bonds are formed between the attendees and with the facilitators and contribute towards enrichment now and in the future.
