CRPM is a private non-profit foundation. It has grown over the last 30 years becoming a leading learning and training oganization in line with the people development needs of medium and large companies based in Western Switzerland.

The mission of CRPM is to develop training solutions in the fields of management (soft and hard skills) and leadership. CRPM offers over 50 topics in management workshops in French and in English. We also tailor-make training operations for specific company needs.

Each year, a growing number of companies call on CRPM to implement and deliver training solutions in English at their sites in Switzerland, across Europe and around the world. To meet the individual needs of its many demanding clients, CRPM offers customized solutions that take into account the specific nature of their environment, as well as a rich portfolio of off-the-shelf modules for main core training.

In both cases, CRPM trainers and external partners are available at short notice to adapt and deliver a number of workshops on subjects such as Management and Leadership, Conflict Management, Personal Efficiency, Communication, Time Management and Project Management.
