Our mission is to do everything possible to make sure that participants receive quality practical training and to ensure that they progress and improve their skills, it is also to sharpen the pleasure of learning and sharing and to show respect to each individual. Our commitment to the participants
We see to the needs of each participant – we allow them to speak, we listen to them, make them feel valued and encourage their contributions. We give them the means to think up practical solutions, facilitate their autonomy and make observations which will help them grow. We give them honest and constructive feed-back, suited to their personalities. We favour participative teaching and share experiences between the participants, and we make use of appropriate methods and presentation media. We do everything possible to meet the goals set or decided with the participants, and we respect the agreed program and timetable. We guarantee confidentiality at all levels – we will only mention the names of participants or business clients in a positive way. We will not pass on any part of the group's discussions to the hierarchy or RH heads unless expressly asked to do so by the participants. We will delete all video or similar media at the end of the course. We respect the dignity of each of the participants, particularly those belonging to minorities and will not make out of place comments concerning them. We speak respectfully on racial, political, linguistic, religious and sexual questions, or on any other subject which might offend their sensibilities. We also promise to pay special attention to the sensitivities and different ways of behaving between men and women. We take care to remain in good physical and mental form; we respect our own needs for rest during the course and remain available to the participants during welcoming, breaks, meals and after 5pm. As trainers, we identify ourselves with the present CRPM training charter and undertake to respect it.
