As the CRPM becomes increasingly involved with training solutions for international companies, our network of specialized facilitators is naturally expanding. Today, backed up by a pool of internal and external training consultants with extensive multicultural and international experience, the CRPM offers a wide range of training solutions in the areas of People Management, Interpersonal Skills and Project Management, as well as in main-stream management training topics.

We provide trainers with specific professional experience in their fields of expertise who deliver rich up-to-date content with an interactive approach that favours exchanges from all sides. Attendees receive practical tools and learn methods they can easily implement at the workplace and share with their colleagues.

We facilitate customized training courses adapted to individual company cultures, leadership principles and language. The courses are designed around discussions with key people in order to get a grasp of the specific company framework. It allows us to create appropriate training content and choose adequate methods.

We also supply standard soft-skills workshops covering a large spectrum of courses in Leadership, Management, Personal Effectiveness and Project Management.

Off-the-shelf Workshops
Standard seminars run in-house at customer sites on a regular basis all year round. These courses are not scheduled in our ‘open workshops’ offer. If there is sufficient interest we can schedule additional sessions at any time of the year.
